RIB RIDES
- Minimum age for all trips is 5 years old
- A minimum of 6 people is required for any trip to run
- All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions
- No pets allowed onboard
RYA COURSES
- Minimum age 14 for RYA Powerboat Level 2, 16 for VHF
- A minimum of 2 people is required for a PB2, 4 for VHF and 6 for First Aid
- PB2 course is subject to weather and sea conditions
RIB RIDES
- No refunds will be given to no shows.
- Free cancellations & date changes: Allowed up to 48 hours before the trip (pending availability).
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip or once the trip has started.
- If we cancel: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel trips if conditions are deemed unsafe. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and offer either a rebooking or refund.
RYA COURSES
By Lyme Bay Sea School:
- We will notify you at the earliest opportunity if we are unable to run the course and offer either a rebooking or refund.
By the Student:
- 30+ days’ notice: Full refund
- Less than 30 days: Refund minus £100 deposit
- Rebooking within 30 days: £75 admin fee applies
